Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from SRITITECH MACHINES & AUTO VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED. This Policy explains when returns, replacements, and refunds are available for orders placed on srititech.co.in.

1) Eligibility Window

Damaged/Defective on Arrival: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos and the shipping label.
Standard Returns: Within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoice.

2) Non-Returnable Items

Consumables, opened bits/blades/abrasives, lubricants, and items exposed to wear after use.
Electrical/electronic items that show signs of tampering, improper installation, misuse, or physical damage.
Customized/Make-to-Order items, cut-to-length materials, special-order spares.
Software licenses, downloadable/digital products.

3) Replacement vs. Refund

Where possible, we first offer replacement of the same model/part.
Refunds are issued if a suitable replacement is unavailable or as per our discretion.

4) Return Process

Initiate: Contact us with Order ID, photos/videos, and reason for return within the timelines above.
Approval & Pickup: On approval, we’ll arrange pickup or provide a return address. Items must be securely packed.
Inspection: Our team/brand service center inspects the item on receipt.

5) Shipping Costs

For approved defects/incorrect items shipped by us: return shipping is borne by us.
For buyer’s remorse/ordered wrong item: shipping (both ways) and packaging are borne by the customer.

6) Refund Timeline & Method

After inspection approval, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method (bank processing times may vary).
Gateway/transaction charges, COD/collection charges, and shipping are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7) Warranty Claims

For manufacturing defects beyond the return window, please use the applicable manufacturer or Company warranty. Proof of purchase and serial numbers may be required. Warranty coverage excludes wear & tear, misuse, and unauthorized repairs.

8) Service/Installation Bookings

Pre-paid service bookings are refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled slot.
No-show or last-minute cancellations may attract a visit fee.
